JJ GLASSWORKS POLICIES & WARRANTIES

J&J Glassworks is refining our entire process from sales to Installations to make the experience as smooth as possible for our customers as well as staff. Please see below our terms, conditions and warranty information for every one of our glass and mirror projects, etc..

1. Quotation pricing is valid for 60 days. After 50 days J & J Glassworks reserves the right to a new quotation with new pricing as required.

2. To confirm an order the customer must sign the issued quote and a 50% deposit prior to beginning. Production times will commence from date both the deposit and signed work

are received by J & J Glassworks.

3. By completing the work order, the customer has agreed to J & J Glassworks terms and conditions.

4. Once the order is approved by the customer, the work order cannot be changed, cancelled, returned.

5. Quotes are prepared by J & J Glassworks based on information provided by the customer (glass type, layout, sizes, hardware, color, sealant, additional requirements etc.).  lf any of the or hardware information for quote changes, J & J Glassworks will requote the project to

the changes.

6. Unless otherwise stated, 50% deposit is due to commence production and 50% balance due pon completion for work.

7. All applicable taxes will be applied.

8. All product is priced fairly by the square foot.

9. Production times are estimates only. Production times fluctuate depending on current schedule and availability of materials. Customers should contact J & J Glassworks to confirm

times.

10. Installation may require multiple site visits including measurements, adjustments, glass and hardware adjustments and replacements. All glass that has to be reordered will be placed on

high priority to speed up project delivery.

11. J & J Glassworks will not order any glass measured by client and can not be altered once production begins.

12. J & J Glassworks is responsible for accurate measurements taken by J & J Glassworks technicians, and any errors resulting in glass reorder will not be billed to the customer.

13. Customer is responsible for reviewing final drawing, overall sizes, and hardware. Any changes should be requested prior to signing off on the work order.

14. J & J Glassworks warrants its products and installation to be free of defects of material and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of installation.

15. J & J Glassworks is not responsible for damage caused by improper use, negligence and accidental damage.

16. J & J Glassworks is not responsible if the current Sill Plate is not pitched the correct way, it has to pitch in towards the shower in order to be covered under warranty.

17. Shower Door Installation: Frameless Glass Shower Enclosures are designed to deter water escaping the enclosure. There is not guarantee against water splashing or leaking from

under swing or sliding doors.

18. J & J Glassworks is responsible for following manufacterers specifications to ensure a proper operation of sliding and pivot doors. Shower thresholds and inner tiles must be

built to ensure proper drainage. Leaks caused by improper drainage are not covered by J & J Glassworks. Shower enclosures are sealed around door openings. With seals and sweeps,

some water may escape the enclosure.

20. Under no circumstances will J & J Glassworks be liable for incidental or consequential charge
such as, but not limited to, inconvenience, damage or injury to persons or to property, or any

other expense.
